When it come to getting the best results from your training sessions with your clients, there’s one word that sticks out that you need to master; efficiency.

How do we get the most out of the limited time we have with our clients?

Learn how to push your clients to their limit to maximise strength and hypertrophy gains whilst minimising the risk of injury.

Putting your clients through workouts that have no set or rep wasted and no minute lost is a key to increasing the results they get with you. Keeping them safe whilst doing this is an even bigger key to the longevity of your business! 

I want to take you through the principles I use when writing a training plan for clients and not just show you, but let you experience how my exercises feel and we construct them.

Understanding exercise at its core will allow you to adapt and apply these skills to get more done in less time.

What’s more is these principles are extremely practical for the 99% of the trainers in the industry that don’t have the luxury of their own private gym to train their clients in.

How do we make it work on a busy Monday night where things can’t always go as planned?

Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! That’s what I have to do remember!!

Many of my transformations stand out because they aren’t just weight loss pictures, their physiques have completely transformed. I have always preached, workouts aren’t worth the paper they are written on without proper execution! It’s in this exercise execution, that I systematically teach my clients, that makes the difference to their results.

As this is a PRACTICAL WORKSHOP, the day will be hands on and we will of course get the FULL experience of a training session. We will go live into real workouts and get a first hand look and feel on what we are looking for in our client’s exercise.
